We automate production and digitalize asset tracking
TURBOSERV is an engineering company from Krasnodar. We design and program control systems, commission them on site and build our own digital products for equipment tracking.

Who we are
Turboserv LLC develops application software for controllers, SCADA and emergency shutdown systems. We also design systems to GOST standards, run factory acceptance tests, take part in commissioning and provide support after start-up.
We develop control systems for metallurgical, energy and oil and gas companies, including oil refineries. Our projects include air separation units, oxygen and nitrogen compressors, an oxygen pressure regulating station, a boiler house and oil refinery systems.
We restore equipment operation when software, the control system password or the manufacturer’s support is unavailable: we develop new controller software and bring the process unit or machine back into service.
We develop our own digital products and industry tracking systems: ASUB, an automated gas cylinder tracking system, ASUO, an automated fire extinguisher tracking system under GOST, JEWEL ID, RFID-based jewellery production tracking and LUCH, a system for marking and tracking equipment from shipment to installation.
What we do
We design control systems, develop software, run tests, commission systems and support them after start-up.

- Application software developmentWe develop application software for PLCs, SCADA and emergency shutdown systems: control algorithms, interlocks, start-up sequences and operator screens.
- CommissioningWe run factory acceptance tests, supervise installation, commission control systems on site, put them into operation and train the customer's staff.
- Service and maintenanceWe restore software for industrial equipment whose vendor has left the market, support and improve control systems after start-up and train staff.
- Digital solutionsEquipment tracking and identification with RFID, QR and DataMatrix — our own ASUB and ASUO products, the LUCH and JEWEL ID developments and custom projects.

How we work
Full cycle or a single stage
We manage projects from the technical specification to commissioning. You can also order a single stage: documentation, software development, testing or commissioning.
Russian platforms
We develop on Regul R500 and R500S PLCs, the SURA platform and MasterSCADA 4D, and support existing systems on Siemens S7 and SIMATIC PCS 7.
Documentation to GOST
Specifications, working and design documentation follow GOST 34.602-2020, GOST 34.201-2020 and GOST R 21.101-2020.
Tested before shipping
Cabinets and software pass factory acceptance tests, so the system arrives on site already checked.

Prices: ASUB — annual licence from 80,000 RUB; ASUO — free for up to 5 extinguishers, paid plans from 11,000 RUB per year. Control system work is priced based on the project’s input data.
