Do you still work with Siemens after the company left Russia?

Yes. We support and extend existing systems on Siemens S7-400H, S7-1500, SIMATIC PCS 7 and TIA Portal. We also develop new systems on Russian platforms: Regul R500, R500S and SURA, with SCADA in MasterSCADA 4D.

Which Russian controllers do you use?

Regul R500 and R500S PLCs with the Astra.Regul development environment, including emergency shutdown systems, and the SURA platform. A boiler house control system was built on an OWEN PLC200.

Do you work with equipment from Chinese manufacturers?

Yes. We adapt the automation of Chinese-made equipment: we study the documentation, extend the software and HMI screens and take part in commissioning. For equipment deliveries we offer the LUCH marking and tracking system.

Can I order only part of the work?

Yes. We run projects from the specification to start-up, but you can order a single stage: documentation, PLC and SCADA software, factory acceptance tests or commissioning.

Can you restore software without source code or a password?

Yes. When the software, the control system password or the manufacturer’s support is unavailable, we develop new controller software and bring the unit or machine back into service.

Which standards do you follow for documentation?

Specifications, working and design documentation follow GOST 34.602–2020, GOST 34.201–2020 and GOST R 21.101–2020.

Do you work outside Krasnodar?

Yes. Our office is in Krasnodar and we run projects across Russia: design and software development are done in-house, and we travel to the site for commissioning.

How is the cost of work calculated?

Based on the project’s input data: the number of signals and workstations, the chosen platform, the set of algorithms, the state of the documentation and the scope of design and commissioning. ASUB and ASUO prices are on the product pages.

What should I send for a project estimate?

A description of the site and the task, the equipment manufacturer’s documentation, the signal list and interlock requirements if available. Just send a request — we will clarify the rest.

Can I try ASUB or ASUO before buying?

Yes. ASUB offers a 30-day free trial at your site, and ASUO is free for up to 5 extinguishers with no time limit.

Are your programs in the Russian software register?

ASUB is listed in the Russian Software Register of the Ministry of Digital Development, entry No. 25286. ASUB, ASUO and JEWEL ID have Rospatent computer program registration certificates.
