The centrifugal nitrogen compressor is rated at 19,000 Nm³/h and up to 2.4 MPa. The unit includes an oil station and a water pressure booster.
We designed the control system on Siemens S7-400H and SIMATIC PCS 7 with interlocks, protections, automatic loading and unloading and step-by-step start-up and shutdown programs; anti-surge control is supplied by the manufacturer. We took part in commissioning and start-up.
