Equipment software recovery

If a control system stops working and the manufacturer’s software or passwords are unavailable, we help restore equipment operation. We recover available software or develop new software, then configure and test the system.

This happened with an ALFRA AP 800 machine at a switchgear plant in Krasnodar — after a power failure the control system stopped, and sanctions made the password unobtainable. We wrote new controller software, set up the encoders and auxiliary equipment, and the machine is back in operation.

Control system support

  • Technical support after putting systems into operation
  • Improvements to algorithms, operator screens and reports
  • Extending systems with new signals and equipment
  • Training of the customer's staff
