Application software development
We develop application software for PLCs, SCADA and emergency shutdown systems: control algorithms, interlocks, start-up sequences and operator screens.

What we develop
Application software turns controller cabinets into a working control system. We write it with industrial safety, fault tolerance and future expansion in mind.
- Controller software — control loops, interlocks and protections
- Emergency shutdown (ESD) logic
- SCADA and operator workstations — mimic screens, trends, event logs, diagnostics
- Step-by-step start-up and shutdown programs, operator assistants
- Sequences with automatic, step-by-step and manual modes
- Links to monitoring and upper-level systems
Russian and international platforms
We develop application software for Regul R500 and R500S PLCs in Astra.Regul, including emergency shutdown systems, and for the SURA platform. We also build the supervisory level in the Russian SCADA MasterSCADA 4D. We work with Siemens S7-400 and S7-1500 systems in SIMATIC PCS 7 and TIA Portal: we build new ones and support existing ones.
Mobile apps for asset tracking
We develop Android apps for data collection terminals, including RFID and QR scanning, asset tracking and inventory checks. These functions are used in the ASUB mobile app.
How we work
Algorithms
We study the process and agree on control, interlock and protection algorithms.
Development
We write controller and SCADA software and draw operator screens.
Factory tests
Before shipment, we test algorithms, signal exchange and operator screens on the bench.
Start-up
We take part in commissioning and hand the system over for operation.
FAQ
Which controllers do you program?
Regul R500 and R500S in Astra.Regul, and Siemens S7-400 and S7-1500 in SIMATIC PCS 7 and TIA Portal. Our specialists are also trained on the SURA platform.
Do you develop emergency shutdown systems?
Yes. We developed ESD algorithms on Regul R500S for an 85,000 m³/h air separation unit and emergency shutdown software for an oil refinery.
Do you test the software before arriving on site?
Yes. We test the software on the bench before site work to identify errors in algorithms and configuration before start-up.
