Control system for an oxygen pressure regulating station (KRP)
Oxygen and nitrogen pressure control for the converter shop, continuous casting and the plant's oxy-fuel needs.

The system controls four oxygen pressure regulation lines for the converter shop and two lines for continuous casting, scarfing and oxy-fuel needs. It also controls two nitrogen lines and a control media header. Station-wide equipment includes valves, energy metering, receivers and gas analysis.
The system uses Siemens S7-1500 controllers, with software developed in TIA Portal. Data is sent to iba PDA for monitoring. The system is in operation.
