Control system for a 27,000 m³/h air separation unit
Application software for the air separation unit control system at one of the largest merchant pig iron producers. The system is in operation.
The 27,000 m³/h air separation unit supplies the steelworks with oxygen and nitrogen. We developed the application software for its control system for RusGazCryo LLC.
The software covers the whole unit — water and air cooling, the purification unit with a sequence by periods and steps, the heat exchange section, two turboexpanders with start-up conditions and planned and emergency shutdown, and the rectification section — as well as control cabinet diagnostics and a process data archive.
The system is in operation.
