System testing and start-up

Before shipment, we test the cabinets and software at the factory. On site, we check installation and signals, set up the equipment, test the algorithms and bring the system into operation.

  • Factory acceptance tests of cabinets and software before shipment
  • Installation supervision and checks on site
  • Signal checks and equipment setup
  • Testing of algorithms, interlocks and protections
  • Integrated testing and putting into operation
  • Briefing and training of the customer's staff

Why factory tests matter

Bench tests allow us to check algorithms and wiring diagrams before installation on site. This is how we tested the control systems for the 68,000 and 85,000 m³/h ASUs before shipment.

How we work

  1. Factory tests

We test cabinets and software on the bench before shipment.

  2. Installation

We supervise installation and connection on site.

  3. Setup

We check signals, set up equipment and test algorithms and protections.

  4. Start-up

We run integrated tests, hand the system over and train the staff.

FAQ

Do you work on site?

Yes. For example, we took part in commissioning and start-up of the nitrogen and oxygen compressors at an integrated steel plant.

Do you train the customer's staff?

Yes. We brief and train the customer’s staff during commissioning and continue technical support after start-up.
