ASUB for Android: track cylinders without an internet connection

Receive, ship, transfer, and count cylinders without internet access. When a connection becomes available, data syncs with the server.

ASUB Android application interface: local database sections and cylinder barcode scanner

We have updated the ASUB mobile app for Android. It runs on smartphones and industrial data collection terminals.

The app now has a local database that stores cylinder operations and reference data on the device. This allows staff to work without a continuous internet connection.

What has changed:

  • Offline work. Record cylinder receipts, shipments, transfers, and inventory checks at a warehouse, filling station, or in the field, even without cellular or Wi-Fi coverage.
  • Tag scanning. The app processes QR codes, DataMatrix codes, and RFID tags on the device without waiting for a server response.
  • Server synchronization. When a stable connection becomes available, saved operations are automatically sent to the server.
  • On-device directories. Saved cylinder records, inspection dates, gas types, and customer data are available offline.

The update is available to system users. Install or update the app through RuStore.
