The centrifugal oxygen compressor is rated at 12,500 Nm³/h and up to 3.1 MPa. Its flow path is copper-lined. The unit includes oil supply and water pressure booster stations.
We designed the control system on Siemens S7-400H and SIMATIC PCS 7 with interlocks, protections, automatic loading and unloading and step-by-step start-up and shutdown programs; anti-surge control is supplied by the manufacturer. We took part in commissioning and start-up.
